This picture touched something inside me, it made me feel something that in my 15 years of life i've never felt. The picture is dark, but I see a lightness inside of this little girl. She is surrounded with sadness but her sweet face gives off hope.
The colors in this picture are striking, but that's not what grabs my attention. The way these workers grab this little boys sick and frail body is horrifying. The boy looks almost at peace, yet a little uncomfortable, he is just being manhandled like a rag doll. It's not right.
This photograph is so colorful and powerful. His hands are spread out and his chest is puffed out, he is not afraid. I think every single person who see's this person can feel the courage leap off photograph and learn something.
